ABOUT THE ROLE
The Administration Assistant/Receptionist is the first point of contact for all stakeholders at Momentum Collective's corporate head office. You will provide excellent customer service liaising with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure that stakeholder needs are met.

You have excellent administration and organisational skills along with the ability to empathize with our clients both face to face and over the phone. You will have some knowledge of Community Services and Disability including complex communication and behaviours. You enjoy variety in your work and want to feel you are helping people to create a positive change in their lives.

**Criteria**: 
Certificate III in Business Administration or other relevant qualification and/or equivalent knowledge and experience 
Current Driver's Licence 
Satisfactory Criminal record check. 
Evidence of full COVD19 vaccination 
Previous administration and customer service experience. 
Demonstrated experience in effective priority setting, planning and organising. 
Experience in a client focused position with a commitment to the delivery of quality services 
Strong knowledge of disability, including complex communication and behaviour. 
Ability to work with people with a disability of all ages, their families or carers 
Intermediate computer literacy skills including the Microsoft Office Suite. 
Demonstrated understanding of the nature of sensitive personal information and the importance of complete confidentiality. 
Strong attention to detail. 
Self-motivated and proactive
