You will gain exposure to HR Shared Services functions, which may include opportunities to support or collaborate on employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning projects. What You'll Do: Manage the full internal recruitment lifecycle - from job brief to onboarding Partner with hiring managers to build effective internal talent pipelines Conduct interviews and ensure alignment with company culture and values Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to maintain accurate candidate records Juggle multiple roles and deliver a seamless candidate experience Collaborate with the broader HR team to support cross-functional HR initiatives What You Bring: 2-3 years of internal recruitment, ideally within a corporate or shared services environment Mining experience is highly regarded however not essential A degree in HR or a related field is highly regarded Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across varied recruitment campaigns Attention to detail and experience managing candidate data and reporting Interviewing experience and a confident, people-first approach Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment systems Why Apply?
