Receptionists (Administration & Office Support)

Full time

$55,000 – $65,000 per year

Integrated Industrial is a specialist supplier to the mining, oil & gas, offshore and industrial sectors with safety equipment, tools, hardware, building supplies and general consumables. We pride ourselves on providing first-class service and rapid turnaround and delivery times. With over 20 years in business, we currently service over 150 mine sites and offshore customers throughout Western Australia, Africa and Asia. This is a full-time position 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

The Position

The successful applicant's responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following duties:

* Answering the phone and directing calls/taking messages (Reception)
* Greeting and directing visitors, setting up the meetings room, getting coffee etc
* Ensuring reception area/meeting room and kitchen are tidy
* Word processing and providing basic business reports (Word & Excel)
* Restocking office supplies
* Tracking Time and Attendance for Payroll
* Around 50% of this role will be to support the warehouse department, assisting with despatch invoice data entry and preparation of shipping documents
* Duties include:
* Accurate and timely data entry
* Filing and archiving
* Ensure OH&S policies and procedures are adhered to
* Liaising with sales and inventory teams as required
* Coordinating delivery and collection of goods with suppliers
* Assisting the warehouse and accounts team with admin tasks
* Other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager as required

About You:

You probably describe yourself as a patient and cooperative individual, with a strong focus on attention to detail and the quality of the work. You like to do things the correct way so that errors are minimised – a measure twice, cut once type of person. You prefer to work at a steady pace with repetitive routines to promote accuracy. You appreciate having clarity around your tasks and duties which is supported by procedures to follow. You are a helpful and collaborative individual, with confident communication to internal/external customers.

What you bring to the role:

* Similar industry experience (desirable)
* Conscientious, consistent work
* Sound Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, Word and Outlook)
* EXONET ERP (desirable not essential)
* Good communication & interpersonal skills
* Driver's License (essential as travel may be required to the bank and/or post office on a daily basis)
* Ability to follow set procedures and take direction
* A remuneration package will be offered based on the successful applicant's skills and experience
