About the Role
As a Solutions & Implementations Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for our Agent Solutions product suite, helping our sales teams articulate value, sell more and retain Real Estate Agency customers in an assigned region. You will support product demos to help clients extract maximum value from our tech solutions and embed Domain as a key partner to client business functions.
Working within a close-knit team, this role offers autonomy and opportunities for career progression in areas such as Product or Sales Management, with exposure to cross-functional teams across Domain.

In a Typical Day You Can Expect To
- Partner with Agency Sales Teams to create and deliver value-focused pitches and provide technical expertise throughout the sales journey
- Provide product demos and training webinars to explain benefits and ensure solutions are integrated into clients’ businesses
- Share client feedback with Sales, Marketing and Product teams to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Support contract renewal conversations to retain valuable clients and maximize value
- Attend sales meetings and corporate roadshows
- Provide market insights on conditions, competitor activity, barriers and opportunities
- Expand knowledge to become an industry expert in Real Estate tech solutions
Our Ideal Person
ESSENTIALS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from an accredited university
- Strong account management experience
- Sales experience in or with the Real Estate industry
- Experience with new business development
- Comfortable being client-facing and presenting in sales meetings
- Familiarity with CRM system functions
- Valid Australian driver’s license and own reliable vehicle (car allowance provided)
NICE TO HAVES:
- Tech / SaaS industry experience
- Technical and/or training experience with SaaS platforms
