Wayne Horne Earthmoving is a local family Earthmoving Company who have been in the industry for over 35 years. We currently have over 30 employees. We produce the most residential lots in our area, With over 3 years work ready to go.
About the role
We are looking for reliable people who are EXPERIENCED in Civil Construction -
LEADING HANDS
We need someone who is Hand's on. Happy to get dirty with the rest of the crew on the ground. Someone the Site Supervisor can work with and can rely on and needs to be able to take directions from the Site Supervisor.
Experience in sub divisional works, road works, storm-water, drainage and or sewer & water works is essential.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years of civil construction experience.
Applicants should have some experience in informal team guidance and leading work crews.
Must be able to work with others or independently.
Position is 5 days a week. The hours are good, the conditions are good (for Ballarat) and the guys on site hate lazy bull***ers..
