This is a broad role responsible for all accounting: month end, budgeting, forecasting, as well as hands-on with reconciliations, BAS, etc.
No two days will be the same and you will be working to improve processes and lift decision making capability for the board and leadership.
You will also manage a small accounts team (A/P, A/R & payroll).
You are technically strong and love contributing to a positive team environment.
- A friendly, can-do, collaborative attitude
- Solid work ethic and great communicator
- 5 years+ experience in management accounting/decision support
- Detail oriented - you take pride in your work
- Organised and proactive
- Excellent MS Excel, Power BI and Xero skills
- Experience within the not-for profit and NDIS provider space would be very highly regarded
- Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA, CIMA
