What you will be doing
Providing support to the Queensland IS Operations team.
Processing payroll, raising purchase orders within SAP R3 & SAP S4 Hana, and goods receipting.
Preparing vendor invoices, managing accounts receivable, and compiling billing and work-in-progress (WIP) reports.
Performing onsite admin tasks at various locations when required and contributing to continuous improvement activities within the department.
What you will need
Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across teams.
Experience with SAP programs
A proactive and self-motivated approach with high standards of personal and team responsibility.
Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screen
