**Key responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodation, and transportation
- Plan and manage a variety of events, both internal and external
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute them accordingly
- Coordinate logistics for both internal and external meetings
- Maintain and organise files, records, and documents
- Track and follow up on action items arising from meetings
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Draft and edit documents, presentations, and reports
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Two years of experience managing personal assistant tasks including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, taking minutes and processing expenses
- Impressive people skills, where building and maintaining positive relationships comes naturally to you
- Outstanding communication skills
- Professionally presented with a friendly and bubbly personality
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Handles sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
