Marble - Office Administrator - Sydney We are looking for a dynamice Office Administrator to play a key role in the continued success of our Sydney office. This role is a blend of administration and recruitment support, where you will be responsible for driving key administrative projects, generating high-level reports, and providing top-quality support to a busy team of consultants. You'll take ownership of: Timesheets & payroll flow: support candidates/clients with logins and troubleshooting, chase timesheets and approvals early, and keep payroll from getting stuck. Onboarding & compliance admin (process-driven): coordinate contractor onboarding steps, chase credentials, and keep compliance moving using the existing playbook cadence. Placement checks: help ensure key checks are in place before placements are approved/processed. Aftercare support: assist with simple aftercare check-ins and reporting where required. National business involvement: connect with the wider senior leadership team and provide guidance around process improvements. Brand/reputation support: social media posts, website posts, and management of online reviews. Ad hoc projects: organising team celebrations, event management for charity days and internal events.
