Cloud Services Manager (Microsoft CSP)

Role Purpose
The Cloud Services Manager (Microsoft CSP) is responsible for managing GET AI's Microsoft CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) operations, including licensing, billing, provisioning, Azure consumption oversight, distributor engagement, and internal process optimisation. This role blends cloud commercial management, CSP operations, and stakeholder coordination, providing essential support to GET AI's cloud, modern workplace, AI, and managed services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
CSP Operations & Governance
Manage daily CSP licensing, provisioning, billing cycles, and NCE subscription operations.
Ensure billing accuracy, error reduction, and strong reconciliation processes.
Maintain compliance with Microsoft CSP requirements and policy changes.
Oversee monthly consumption reporting and cost optimisation checks.
Commercial & Consumption Support
Support Azure and Modern Work consumption growth through monitoring, forecasting, and internal enablement.
Assist in pricing, quoting, and commercial modelling for CSP seat-based and usage-based products.
Track incentives, rebates, marketplace credits and ensure correct claim submissions.
Provide reporting to leadership on CSP revenue, margin, and consumption trends.
Act as primary operational contact with the CSP distributor.
Coordinate joint activities like pricing escalations, incentives, promotions, and operational issues.
Assist in indirect channel onboarding and enablement activities.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
Document and improve SOPs for CSP licensing, provisioning, and billing workflows.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline operations.
Ensure internal teams have accurate licensing and commercial information.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with Cloud & AI Platforms, AI Business Solutions, Intelligent Telco, Managed Services, Azure Engineering, Finance, Billing, Sales & Pre-sales.
Provide specialist advice on Microsoft licensing, CSP constructs, and NCE rules.
Key Skills & Experience
3–7 years hands-on experience in Microsoft CSP operations.
Deep knowledge of NCE, licensing models, Azure commerce, incentives, and billing.
Strong operational background (provisioning, billing, reconciliation).
Experience with CSP distributor portals and Microsoft Partner Center.
Strong financial and commercial literacy.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in MSP, SI, Telco, or cloud-focused IT business.
Exposure to Azure cost management and consumption governance.
Understanding of Microsoft Modern Work & Security workloads.
