Customer Service Representative - Call Centre

About the role

Our call centre team supports our external partners – this includes Finance Brokers and Automotive Dealers. The role is the front line for answering calls, messages and emails regarding frequently asked questions about our credit policy, providing information on the status of client applications and delivering excellent service. It is key to the growth of the channel by improving broker and dealer satisfaction and our customer experience. You will liaise between the broker/dealer partner and the credit/underwriting team to help increase the number of loan approvals. This position is a customer service and solutions‑based relationship role that suits a quick thinker, excellent communicator who enjoys growing a channel without being a salesperson. Candidates from hospitality, retail or other customer service backgrounds are welcome; we will train you if you lack call centre experience.
