Office Manager – F/T 30 hrs a week (4 days) Noble Park
Position details:
* Manage office records, accounts, and payroll while maintaining accurate financial documentation (Primarily a bookkeeping position).
* Plan, coordinate, and monitor administrative systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
* Allocate office space, equipment, and supplies to support daily operations and manage inventory effectively.
* Assign tasks, monitor staff performance, and conduct regular evaluations to maintain high service standards.
* Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulation, relevant legislation, and company policies.
* Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management processes to build and support a skilled team.
* Liase with customers and suppliers
Positions requirements:
* Background in quickbook or similar accounting system
* Experience in a similar position.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to challenges.
* Comprehensive IT skills, with the ability quickly learn new systems/programs.
* Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Self-motivated, able to work independently and without close supervision
