About the Position
Your role may involve responsibility for the following tasks:
* Assisting in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
* Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
* Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases with new hire information.
* Assisting with payroll activities such as timekeeping and processing leave requests.
* Conducting employee engagement surveys and analyzing results to recommend improvements.
* Supporting HR initiatives and assisting with the organization of training and development programs.
* Participating in HR projects, such as policy development and compliance audits.
