Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Signwriter and Installer for a full-time, on-site role located in Maitland, NSW. The role involves creating and installing signage for clients, ensuring quality and precision in the production process. Typical responsibilities include designing, cutting, assembling, and installing various types of signage, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with team members to meet client expectations. Effective communication and maintaining an organized workflow are fundamental to this position.

Qualifications
* Proficiency in Signwriting and Installation, including experience with materials and techniques for different types of signage
* Skills in Graphic Design and Digital Printing, and familiarity with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw
* Experience in Operating Signage Equipment, including vinyl cutters, routers, and other relevant tools
* Capability in Project Coordination, including planning and executing installation tasks effectively and efficiently
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
* Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights safely
* Valid driver's license and the ability to travel for installation projects
* Prior experience in signage or a related field is highly desirable but not mandatory
