Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and delivery of HR projects through research, analysis, and reporting.
* Assist with project implementation and monitor milestones to ensure timely delivery.
* Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
* Coordinate meetings and manage records in line with organisational standards.
* Develop internal communications for HR initiatives.
* Provide administrative support to HR Leaders, including the Manager Human Resources.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline and/or relevant experience.
* Strong administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
* Class C Driver's Licence.
Desirable: Previous experience in Local Government and HR environments.
