What we're looking for
* 3+ years PAE in NSW WC/WID, plaintiff side
* Experience running a successful personal injury practice with structure and follow-through
* Strong drafting, negotiation and client communication skills including working with injured people with complex needs
* Calm, organised, outcome-focused you care about results and about how clients experience the process
