What you will be doing
8. Developing and executing regional sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
9. Leading, coaching and developing a team of Territory Managers across multiple states
10. Building and maintaining relationships with senior clinical stakeholders, hospital executives and procurement teams
11. Identifying market opportunities and responding to competitor activity within the neurovascular space
12. Managing forecasting, budgets and performance metrics to ensure strong commercial outcomes
13. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and continuous development across the team
14. Representing the organisation at industry events and key customer engagements
15. Working cross-functionally to deliver consistent, customer-focused outcomes
Skills & Experience may include
16. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
17. Minimum 8 years' sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role in medical devices
18. Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and tender pathways
19. Experience managing multi-state or national territories
20. Ability to analyse data, build strategy and execute effectively
21. High level commercial acumen and negotiation capability
22. Demonstrated success in leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams
23. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
