**Purpose of Position**
A key coordinator support role within the marketing team driving new stores openings and local area brand initiatives in key market Perth, WA (and interstate when required). This role will require a strong focus on assisting franchisees engage with their customers, building brand ROLLD in the community and creating engaging events & experiences that win craving fans and builds the brand relationship.
Reporting to the Brand Manager NSO & Events, you will be supporting the growth of the ROLLD store network.
**Qualifications**
- University degree (preferable Marketing/ Commerce/ Business related discipline)
- 3 years' experience in a similar role, in food & beverages
- Strong exposure in QSR / hospitality, PR is highly regarded
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to develop partnerships, a strong team player with good communication, negotiation and analytical skills
- Knowledge of best in class brand activator & capable of building memorable brand engagement activity in local market.
- Relevant experience in centre management liaison & LAM activation planning
- Ability to travel Interstate, as required.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
**Position Summary**
Key Responsibilities include:
- Must love Vietnamese street eats & a passionate advocate for Brand ROLLD
- Work with cross-functional teams to activate the LAM and NSO plans (WA)
- Collaborate regularly with Marketing, NSO & Operations teams
- Assist in end-to-end delivery of LSO & LAM activations (WA)
- Assist in local activations such as New Store Openings, Store Birthday's and Centre Events.
- Work with media & creative agencies to plan campaigns that deliver agreed activity
- Provide WA timeline and insight led reporting to internal stakeholders and partners on key activity
- Continuously test & learn from each campaign to improve future results
- Ensure all activities are on Brand, Compliant & Results driven
- Manage projects within agreed budget and project milestone timelines (WA)
- Bring marketing ideas that attract and engage our customers ultimately raising our exposure and leading to increased sales.
