About the role: We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join the team, with flexible part-time or full-time options available, based in Cranbourne West, VIC. This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful, relationship-centred speech pathology services across a varied caseload. You will complete assessments, set goals with clients and families, and provide evidence-informed therapy in clinic, school, home and community settings. You’ll be supported by full administrative assistance, a structured session model that allows time for documentation, and regular clinical supervision. The position also includes involvement in care team meetings, collaborative group programs, and the chance to learn from highly experienced neuroaffirming practitioners. With growing service demand, there are also clear pathways for career development and leadership.
