Responsibilities
* Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
* Handle phone-based sales, process orders, and provide quotations.
* Build genuine relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and customers across the electrical and mechanical industries while working within a supportive team setting.
Qualifications & Experience
* A proven track record in customer service, sales, or administration.
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
* Intermediate computer skills and a self-driven, solutions-first mindset.
* Industry experience in electrical, mechanical, or similar fields (advantageous).
