Job Role Overview:
This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be working closely with the rural products team to deliver logistics support, including receiving and dispatching of stock.
You will utilize your exceptional product knowledge and customer service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance with in-store rural products sales and handle client queries efficiently.
* Be involved in the process of generating quotes and handling sales administration tasks.
* Fulfill client orders, manage deliveries and coordinate the receipt and dispatch of stock.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients by recommending our products and services to enhance their business growth.
* Identify new business opportunities to meet performance targets.
* Support inventory management, including conducting stocktake and ensuring the safe dispatch of rural products.
* Process sales transactions and prepare sales quotes for clients.
