To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum 5 years of experience in strategic management, preferably within the resources sector.
* Relevant qualifications in business management, engineering, finance, or accounting.

* Proficiency in contract management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
* Familiarity with minerals processing and mining operations is highly desirable.
