Luxury Inbound Travel Designer | Part Time | WFH | Casual Are you an experienced Luxury Inbound Travel Designer looking for flexibility without compromising on the calibre of clients you work with? We are seeking an experienced travel professional to join a boutique luxury travel business on a casual, work-from-home basis. This role offers flexibility around business and enquiry levels, with approximately 3-4 days per week available (school hours are also fine). This is not an entry-level role. Due to the specialist nature of the position, we are only seeking candidates who come from the luxury travel consulting space or ultra-luxury inbound travel sector and can hit the ground running from day one. The Role Design and tailor bespoke FIT itineraries throughout Australia and New Zealand Work with high-net-worth international travellers seeking unique and luxury experiences Create personalised travel experiences incorporating premium accommodation, touring, transport and exclusive experiences Manage bookings from enquiry through to travel documentation Deliver exceptional service standards throughout the customer journey What's On Offer? Casual, flexible work arrangement Work from home Potential to go permanent Approximately 3-4 days per week depending on enquiry volumes Competitive hourly rate based on experience Opportunity to work in the respected luxury travel space High-quality clientele and beautifully crafted itineraries About You Previous experience within Luxury or Ultra-Luxury Inbound Travel is essential Strong FIT tailor-made itinerary design experience Extensive destination knowledge of Australia and/or New Zealand Proven ability to create complex, bespoke travel experiences Strong supplier relationships and destination knowledge Exceptional attention to detail Able to work autonomously in a remote environment Please Note Only candidates with recent luxury inbound travel experience will be considered. This role requires someone who understands the luxury traveller and can confidently manage enquiries with minimal training.
