About the Position
The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting individuals with disabilities, with experience in either the hospitality or disability sector.

This casual position covers opening hours of 7.00am - 3.00pm.
* Experience in the hospitality and/or disability sector
* Certificate IV Disability or similar
* Food Safety Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willing to obtain)
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Great communication, organisation and time management skills
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children's Check
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic individual who can provide hands-on mentoring to participants in our program.
This role involves building self-confidence, barista, food preparation and customer service skills, as well as employability qualities.
