- Provide executive support including diary management, travel, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and coordinate agendas, reports, correspondence, and ministerial briefings.
- Act as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders with professionalism.
- Prioritise and escalate urgent matters, offering clear solutions.
- Build strong working relationships across the department and with external partners.

You are confident in managing sensitive information with discretion, and your transparent communication helps you build strong relationships across all levels.
