**Your new company**
Our client is the owner and operator of a portfolio of retirement villages across Australia, providing community living and support services to more than 10,000 residents. Their retirement villages are located in prime locations, near well-established residential and metropolitan areas, or in attractive retirement destinations. Their villages enjoy high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction and the business has a strong track record of growing its portfolio through delivering high-quality new village developments and redevelopment of existing villages.
**Your new role**
As the Sales Professional you will contribute to the delivery of a 'world-class' experience to their customers by following the initial steps of their sales process. Working closely with the Village Managers and the Head Office team, you will lead the sales process and the customer's journey. Working between a portfolio of different villages (with plans to increase), you will provide exceptional customer experience throughout the buying process; from lead to successful completion, ensuring your customers' needs are met whilst delivering against your sales targets. **What you'll need to succeed**
- Significant experience building and maintaining customer relationships
- Ideally sales experience within retirement or residential homes sales
- You work well to deadlines and have strong self-management, but can also work under direction when required
- A customer focus is what drives you - you truly understand delivering outstanding service and being the customer advocate
- You are great with technology and can pick up new systems easily - ideally you will have experience with Salesforce, even better, but they are happy to train you with this
- You will be open to learning and looking to establish yourself into a longer-term career
- You will need to have your own reliable transport and a clean full drivers' license
- Exposure to contract and legal administration is advantageous
- Knowledge of OH&S;
