* Pay Rate: $42.96 – $48.03 per hour (plus super)
* Location: Logan Central
* Contract Length: Immediate start through to May 2026

Role Responsibilities
Duties
* Campaign Management: Driving the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
* Marketing Operations: Managing a diverse range of activities including printed materials, advertising, website content, social media, and direct marketing.
* Strategic Advice: Providing advice on corporate image, audience analysis, and post-campaign analytics to internal Council branches.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including account management duties.
* Market Research: Implementing research focused on campaign effectiveness and audience development.
Key Selection Criteria
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate
* Qualifications: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
* Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in a marketing role with a sound knowledge of current best practices, emerging trends, and digital platforms.
* Strategic Thinking: The ability to develop action strategies and schedules that align with corporate priorities.
* Communication Skills: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and make reliable decisions within allocated responsibilities.
* Adaptability: Success in working within changing environments and, ideally, previous experience in politically sensitive settings.
* Requirements: A current \"C\" class driver's license is essential.
