About the Opportunity:
To continue our success, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Group Marketing Team in Newcastle, NSW. You'll work within a dynamic team environment, collaborating with experienced professionals in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital, and Social Media.
This role involves working closely with the Digital and Online Manager and Brand Marketing Managers to develop and optimise Group websites, execute digital marketing campaigns, create responsive emails, and implement social media strategies. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll assist in achieving strategic marketing goals through delivering richer digital engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently monitoring, maintaining, and optimising websites and digital campaigns
* Creating engaging campaign landing pages, microsites, setting up forms, and push notifications
* Working closely with developers, UX, Graphic Designers, and Brand Marketing Managers to support business and customer satisfaction goals
* Undertaking or liaising with external agencies to implement web tracking (tag manager, analytics) for all campaigns and landing pages
* Implementing A/B testing and optimisation strategies across web and email campaigns
* Ensuring all business listings and display homes are refreshed and current across all platforms for each brand
* Effectively executing advertising and retargeting on digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
* Working closely with the marketing team to design and execute email campaigns, including automation
About You:
You'll share our passion for building better futures and align with our core values: better together, be accountable, people matter, and think bigger. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A passion for coding in HTML5, CSS, and creating responsive email templates
* Strong knowledge and proven CMS experience, Unbounce, Google Analytics, and Campaign Monitor would be beneficial
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, email automation, push notification platforms, and Photoshop skills would be an added bonus
* A love for thinking outside the square to produce inspired and innovative digital solutions
* A desire to relish being part of a high-performing team
