This role sits at the forefront of our next chapter, shaping how events are experienced and remembered in Tasmania. The Opportunity In this role, you will support the preparation and execution of banquet culinary/kitchen operations, working closely with Sales and Event Planning teams, as well as Food & Beverage associates, to deliver exceptional dining experiences for every event. You will contribute to a wide range of kitchen responsibilities, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation. As a hands-on team member, you will assist the banquet kitchen during busy service periods, maintaining efficient workflow and supporting seamless coordination with service teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
