Typical Tasks and Duties:
* Conduct scheduled and breakdown services focused on customer needs.
* Assist in preparing quotes for customers.
* Record and file service notes properly, providing high-level customer service.
* Access training, development, and potential for grade progression, including mentoring less experienced technicians.
* Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge, including automation and telematics technologies.
* Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and services.
* Partner with the company to maximize sales and service opportunities.
