SAP HCM Consultant with AUS Payroll

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications, and document new and/or existing application requirements.
• Gather requirements and prepare functional specification and design documents.
• Collaborate with Technical Teams on high‐priority issues, leading daily triage of tickets and tracking incidents.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, conduct testing, and ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of hands‐on consulting experience with SAP PY projects, preferably recent AU payroll experience within the last 3–4 years.
• Experience in SAP AU Payroll (Mandatory).
• Experience in SAP HCM consulting.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management modules and ESSMSS Fiori).
• In‐depth payroll process knowledge; knowledge of tax calculations is a plus.
• Hands‐on experience designing and implementing solutions per business requirements.
• Ability to analyse extensive and complex data, information, processes and system solutions to produce effective and efficient business solutions in compliance with best practices.
