SAP HCM Consultant with AUS Payroll

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into system requirements, design specifications, and document new and/or existing application requirements.
- Gather requirements and prepare functional specification and design documents.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams on high‐priority issues, leading daily triage of tickets and tracking incidents.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements, conduct testing, and ensure a smooth transition to new functionalities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of hands‐on consulting experience with SAP PY projects, preferably recent AU payroll experience within the last 3–4 years.
- Experience in SAP AU Payroll (Mandatory).
- Experience in SAP HCM consulting.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a functional analyst for SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management modules and ESSMSS Fiori).
- In‐depth payroll process knowledge; knowledge of tax calculations is a plus.
- Hands‐on experience designing and implementing solutions per business requirements.
- Ability to analyse extensive and complex data, information, processes and system solutions to produce effective and efficient business solutions in compliance with best practices.
