We're looking for an Apprentice Baker to join our friendly team at Bakers Delight Lanyon, no experience needed, just a great attitude and strong work ethic.
The Important Bit (Read This First):
* Start time is 4:00am for the first year of your apprenticeship.
* Yes, it's early.
* But you'll finish early, have your afternoons free, and smell like fresh bread all day (which is a life perk, honestly).
What You'll Be Doing:
* Learning the full baking trade from scratch
* Mixing, shaping, baking and finishing our breads
* Learning food safety and production processes
* Working as part of a supportive, hands-on team
