What You Will Be Doing
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, fault-finding, and programming of electronic security systems across a variety of client sites. This includes working with access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, intercom, and networking systems, with a strong focus on Gallagher platforms, as well as exposure to Integriti and Tecom systems. You will also service and support CCTV systems including Indigo, Avigilon, Geutebruck, Genetec, and Milestone.
You will deliver high-quality service outcomes, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate professionally with clients while working safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance requirements. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and contribute positively as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and reliable system performance.
What You Will Need
* Experience servicing, maintaining, and programming electronic security systems
* Strong knowledge of Gallagher systems (certification highly regarded); experience with Integriti and Tecom a plus
* Skilled with CCTV, networking, and intercom systems, including platforms such as Indigo, Avigilon, Geutebruck, Genetec, and Milestone
* Current Drivers Licence, Security Installers Licence, and Cablers Licence with endorsements
* White Card (or willingness to obtain), National Police Clearance, and recent Drug & Alcohol Test
