The successful Client Services Coordinator will have
previous and proven experience in rostering, scheduling or coordination of services
for clients (preferably in disability or healthcare sector).
The main responsibilities will include:
Coordination of scheduling of Support Workers in accordance with client needs and preferences ensuring contingencies are in place and shifts are filled.
Regularly liaise with clients and their families to understand support requirements and preferences.
Support with care coordination of our clients.
Maintain accurate records of staff availability, qualifications, preferences and use this information to inform scheduling decisions (Carelink Plus)
Monitor and manage absenteeism and impacts.
Proactively pre-empt resourcing gaps and resolve to ensure services for clients are not disrupted.
Collaborate with office team, support workers and broader network of professionals eg Support Coordinators to ensure high quality services are provided.
Understand and maintain roster schedules as per Schads Award.
Support new client onboarding and intake.

excellent written and verbal communication
(this includes accuracy in spelling and grammar).
You are calm
.... can logically think through a problem and feel confident to be resourceful to achieve an outcome.
You have
excellent computer skills
which include working with Microsoft office applications such as outlook, excel and word. If you have worked with Carelink this would be a big bonus but not mandatory.
You like to
have fun, enjoy working in a humble and down to earth team environment

Note: the successful applicant must be flexible to start at 7am from Monday to Friday.
What you will need...
Experience in an administration and/or service coordination role
Experience in the NDIS/Aged Care industry (desirable but not essential)
Qualification in Administration (Cert 3 or 4 or diploma desirable but not essential)
National Police clearance (or willing to obtain one)
Working with children's check (or willing to obtain one)
NDIS worker screening (or willing to obtain one)
