Enterprise Infrastructure Support Specialist
This is a full-time position supporting an enterprise environment across multiple locations. The role requires technical expertise, initiative, accountability and the ability to work independently within a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain systems and services managed by the infrastructure support team
* Develop and implement infrastructure designs and technical specifications to support new and improved systems
* Coordinate project tasks with technical leads and project managers
* Provide technical expertise for core infrastructure including cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, Windows Server OS, Linux Server OS, Active Directory & AAD
* Maintain all responsible systems
* Conduct training and mentoring for junior team members and maintain documentation
* Deliver system reports to the infrastructure manager
* Adhere to infrastructure policies and processes and identify IT risks
* Follow ITIL-based ITSM practices; manage incidents, problems and service requests to agreed SLAs
Requirements and Qualifications
* 3+ years supporting cloud infrastructure solutions, integrations & migrations
* 5+ years in a Microsoft enterprise environment supporting core systems
* Ability to coordinate and prioritize infrastructure activities and support requests
* Strong time and priority management skills
* Investigative skills to identify and solve complex problems
* Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language
