Due to internal movement, Home Instead Wollongong is looking to find an enthusiastic puzzle master who enjoys a fast paced, client focused role. You will be the hub of the business, pulling the strings so that everything operates like a well-oiled organising machine.

The Scheduler or Client Services Coordinator will perform a variety of duties to coordinate and schedule services for clients. You will take ownership and responsibility for a group of front line caregivers and clients.

- $66,226 + super + option to accrue a monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate Client services and caregiver schedules using our Relationship Management System (RMS) to ensure that all clients receive the services that they have requested and are matched with a compatible caregiver
- Provide Phone Support to Client Services and Administration team, including participating in a rotating on-call roster (on call allowance and penalty rates apply)
- Support the Administration Team to meet operational goals and activities.

**About you**:

- Experience in Aged Care, scheduling or rostering, or an understanding of the SCHADS Award are ideal
- Be personable, approachable, reliable with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in computer use, including standard office software such as the MS Office Suite
