About the Role
As part of the Port Lincoln team and reporting through to the Branch Manager, this position plays a vital role in contributing to effective day to day operations of the branch by providing outstanding reception and administrative support. Working 20 – 25 hours per week there is flexibility to negotiate working hours over four or five days.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Answer phone enquires and make follow up calls to clients.
* Raise and process purchase orders and track open purchase orders.
* Ensure labour details for each job are correct.
* Maintain the vehicle maintenance schedule.
* Input payroll spreadsheets.
* Schedule site inductions and maintain records.
* Order stationery and uniforms as required.
* Process invoices and leave forms.
* Arrange travel and accommodation.
About You
With a strong customer focus, excellent organisational and time management skills as well as the ability to multi task and manage competing priorities you will approach everything you do with energy, drive and a commitment to excellence.
Your Skills
* Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Previous receptionist/administrative experience advantageous.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Proven ability to coordinate and prioritise a busy workload.
