The Role

As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and play a key part in ensuring service excellence:

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

* Coordinate schedules and quality-assurance checks to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

* Resolve client enquiries and complaints promptly, achieving first-contact resolution and maintaining high client satisfaction.

* Provide proactive updates to clients regarding service progress, ensuring transparency and trust.

* Assist with ad-hoc project work and operational coordination as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team.

* Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients and senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

About You

You're a confident communicator and a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Proven background in client relationship management or operational coordination

Strong computer proficiency: accurate data entry and ease with multiple applications

Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic workplace

Emotional intelligence, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach to conflict resolution

Team player who leads by example and empowers others

Highly organised with attention to detail in scheduling, reporting, and budgeting

Flexible work approach and eagerness to learn new systems
