COMPANY: An aged care provider recognised for care, innovation and resident satisfaction is now looking to add a key manager into a regional home within Queensland. The location will be shared with all suitable applicants, with a detailed breakdown of relocation support, subsidised housing and more. The facility is under 40 beds, with stable tenure of RNs and Care staff across the floor. The business often offers opportunities for growth across multiple sites to internal superstars! THE ROLE: As a Clinical Manager, your position is to be a leader within the facility, ensuring the residents are receiving the highest level of care possible. You day-to-day role will include Plan and monitor services to ensure service delivery, and resident's freedom of choice Oversee the effective, accurate documentation and timely submission of claims Participate in recruitment and selection of staff Collaborating with the team to ensure each resident is well looked after Prioritising time to ensure all tasks are completed across the floor Active participation in the continuous improvement process ensuring any opportunities for improvement are incorporated into the Home's plan Ensure all admission and discharge procedures are completed Being a team player that is willing to help others MUST HAVE: At least 3 years of clinical experience within Aged Care in Australia Proven track record in understanding and meeting the requirements of accreditation Up to date compliance for Aged Care Valid working rights in Australia APPLY If this sounds like something you would be interested in, click APPLY to progress with your application.
