RACT is embarking on a significant transformation journey, and we have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Workforce Planner on a full-time, 12-month contract.
The Workforce Planner plays a key role in supporting our front-line teams to deliver exceptional service to our members. This role is accountable for the day-to-day resourcing, forecasting and scheduling of customer service consultants across RACT.
With a focus on efficiency, resource optimisation and continuous improvement, the Workforce Planner ensures optimal resources are available to meet member demand and exceed service standards.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Ensure that member-facing teams are adequately resourced to achieve targets and service levels through planning, rostering and real-time management of resources.
* Strive to achieve industry-leading contact centre performance and support the consistent achievement of individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective workforce planning and resource scheduling.
* Inform and monitor attendance and scheduling of training to ensure required service levels are maintained consistently.
* Review all member contact across RACT to identify resource issues and highlight impacts and solutions to resolve these.
* Understand key activities such as marketing campaigns and the impacts that these activities have on the resourcing of member-facing teams.
* Support ongoing operational efficiencies and improvements.
Successful candidates will have:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of rostering, workforce planning or resource management being highly desirable.
* Strong communication and engagement skills to drive mutually beneficial outcomes with key stakeholders and the ability to interact with people at all levels of the business.
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
* Excellent time management to ensure all deadlines are met, with minimal supervision.
* Competent with Microsoft Office software, with prior experience using Genesys beneficial.
