Our client is a leading training institute who specialises in providing a variety of courses ranging from business management to forklift operating. As a result of their excellence service offering, they have grown at an exceptional rate and need a strong personal assistant in West Perth to support the two company directors.
**The role**:
The role will predominantly see you responsible for managing both company directors daily activities, including:
- Scheduling, attending and following up on meetings
- Taking notes or minutes
- Preparing and formatting reports, documents and presentations
- Organising corporate and personal travel and events
- Any other personal or corporate related ad hoc activities required by the directors
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant or similar
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook Powerpoint and Teams
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Multitasker
- Professional presentation
- Drivers Licence
