We're seeking a compassionate Kinship Placement Support Specialist to work alongside carers and services to ensure children remain connected to their culture, identity and community - making a lasting impact through stable placements.
What will a typical day look like?
* Support carers to build strong environments.
* Partner with families and community services to identify training needs and boost confidence.
* Develop tailored support plans and contribute to care planning.
* Organise events for children and carers. Be part of an on-call roster for timely support.
* Keep placement records up-to-date and manage renewals.
Key Requirements:
A degree in social or behavioural sciences, social work or psychology is required.
