We are the largest home renovation builder in Victoria, seeking an Office all-rounder/Bookkeeper located in Seaford. We also construct personal developments.
The office is a relaxed and vibrant place to work
Part-time / Monday to Friday / flexible hours
Key responsibilities include:
Attending to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
Building and maintaining client relationships
Data entry, processing of Job tracking reports and invoicing of jobs
Management of internal registers
Provide administrative support and oversight across the office
Ability to proactively source improvements and make suggestions to management to streamline processes as required
Filing documents, updating procedures, policies and employee documents as required
Manage Debtors/Creditors and bank reconciliation
Manual Journals when required
Payroll weekly for employees and contractors
Personal Assistant to the Director - assisting with daily duties as required - Director is a micromanager
Skills & Experience
Experience in a customer service role
Microsoft Office such as Excel is necessary requirement
Experience in the building industry, highly desirable but not essential
Exemplary experience and/or qualifications in business administration and/or accounts administration, desirable but not essential
Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach
Experience in XERO, desirable but not essential
Registered BAS Agent, desirable but not essential
Ability to adapt to an everchanging work environment
Ability to prioritise and efficient time management
Strong organisational and communication skills
