About the Role
Drive the future of our Tottenham dealership as our next General Manager. Holding full P&L accountability, you will optimise performance across all revenue streams—Sales, F&I, Parts, and Service—driving profitability while maintaining exceptional manufacturer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Leadership: Drive the dealership's financial performance, manage cash flow, and optimise Fixed Operations absorption rates to cover overhead costs.
* Sales & Inventory Strategy: Set aggressive yet achievable vehicle volume targets and proactively manage stock turn to minimize floorplan interest costs.
* Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and lead department managers across sales and service to build a high-performance, compliant workplace culture.
* OEM Relations & Compliance: Serve as the primary liaison with vehicle manufacturers, ensuring strict adherence to brand standards and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) benchmarks.
Requirements & Qualifications
* Dealership Experience: Minimum 5+ years of senior dealership management experience (e.g., General Sales Manager, Fixed Ops Manager, or current GM).
* Financial Literacy: A proven track record of fiscal leadership, successfully managing and optimising a high-volume dealership P&L statement.
* Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of Australian consumer lending regulations, automotive awards, and workplace safety.
* Licensing: Valid Australian Driver's Licence is mandatory.
