Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to drive the adoption and growth of high-quality vascular access solutions in hospitals across NSW South/ACT.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to understand customer needs and present tailored product solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about delivering innovative care and improving patient outcomes through strategic territory management and performance planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to achieve sales targets.
* Provide technical support during surgical procedures and facilitate product trials & evaluations.
* Build effective relationships with key opinion leaders and deliver in-service training.
Requirements:
* Several years' experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within Operating Theatres, ICUs Cath labs, or interventional suites.
* Proven experience working with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Proven track record of sales achievements and deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system.
