**The Role**
- Develop and implement policies, programs, and procedures for managing information in line with legal requirements and the specific needs of the business.
- Oversee the management of electronic and paper records throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations and disposal schedules.
- Identify ways to improve how information and knowledge are stored, accessed, and shared, aiming to enhance the user experience of the information management program.
- Establish and deliver customer service within agreed-upon service level agreements, while also providing training on information management and electronic system usage to all staff and taking responsibility for maintaining and upgrading the Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) and adhere to the guidelines provided by the Public Records Office Victoria (PROV) for transferring and disposing of inactive or archival records.
- Ensure compliance with legislative and operational requirements, including information security, classification, and privacy policies.
- Conduct routine quality assurance audits, reports, and controls on information management processes, taking necessary actions to improve practices and remediate any issues.

**Your Profile**

**Education and Qualification**
- Tertiary qualification in information management or related discipline
- At least three years working experience in the use of an Electronic Document and Records Management System, Microsoft/Office 365, particularly SharePoint Online and Teams
- Demonstrated understanding of government and other legislative requirements relating to information management
- Well-developed skills in MS Office suite of programs
