Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our growers and internal teams.
Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They must have experience in technical support or client-facing roles in agriculture or AgTech.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide professional, solutions-oriented collaboration that exceeds expectations.
* Owning and achieving the highest standards of client service, support, and satisfaction.
* First point of contact for support inquiries from growers and internal teams.
* Support Grower Success Managers by handling service issues together.
* Coordinate technicians' fieldwork to meet company SLAs and quick turnaround time.
* Lead new clients' onboarding while maintaining a continuous improvement process.
* Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues when they arise.
* Escalate complex problems when relevant using cross-regional internal tools.
* General back-office, logistics, and supply chain responsibilities to support the team.
Requirements
* A fun to work with, independent, self-motivated, team player with a proven track record of excellence.
* Experience in technical support or client-facing roles in agriculture or AgTech.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
* Confident using CRM/ticketing systems and digital tools.
* Farming background or experience with high-value crops (advantage).
