What You'll Be Doing As a Level 3 Social Worker at the Manning Mental Health Unit, you will play a vital role within a collaborative multidisciplinary team, bringing a psychosocial lens to care planning and delivery. Your work will focus on addressing psychosocial stressors, promoting culturally responsive and family-inclusive care, and providing expert input on complex issues such as family and domestic violence, child protection, and homelessness risk. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team of Social Workers within the unit, with additional professional guidance provided by a Senior Social Worker from the community team.
