As the Divisional Project and Executive Officer, you’llplay a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning ofthe Division. You’ll provide high-level executive support tothe Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Peopleand Culture Director, while also contributing to importantgovernance committees such as White Ribbon and the ReconciliationAction Plan. Your work will involve coordinating schedules,managing records and information systems, and assisting with theimplementation of policies and initiatives that make a realdifference.
This position is more than administration it’s aboutdelivering projects, supporting events, and helping to addresscomplex and sensitive issues. You’ll also provide backupsupport to the Executive Director during the absence of theExecutive Assistant and work closely with colleagues to fostercollaboration and continuous improvement.

Special Conditions
* Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorilycomplete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made anoffer of employment.
* Ongoing opportunity, full time, 37.5 hours per week.
Requirements
* Possession of a current driver’s licence andwillingness to drive.
* Out of hours work and inter / intrastate travel may berequired.
* Australian residency or current works permit is required(responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a currentwork permit).
* You acknowledge your work, health and safety obligationsand our expectations when applyingfor a role.
* The incumbent will be required to undertake emergencymanagement training and must be willing to participate inemergency preparedness, response and recovery activitiesrequired by government agencies.
Remuneration
ASO4 - $76,561 min - $80,256 max per annum, plussuperannuation
