We provide a large network of both Wholesale Depots and Retail Sites, with our Head Office based in Mildura and an additional administration facility located in Albury.We have a vacancy for a Depot Operations Officer to join the team at our Mildura Depot.The Depot Operations Officer will report directly to the Depot Manager and Depot 2IC and will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the depot in a fulltime capacity, working Monday to Friday.As a support role within the depot key duties include, but are not limited to: assisting with rosters, delivery scheduling, attending to general enquiries, daily depot processing, general administration tasks, fleet and compliance record management and providing customer service to the public.Requirements:Great verbal and written communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly, prioritise and problem solveGood computer skills (MS Outlook, Word & Excel)Good understanding of the local districtGood time management and organisational skillsWilling to undertake any required training to excel in this roleFull training is provided during onboarding process, along with ongoing support provided by office management and other administration staff.
